Independent complaints escalation — ISCAS
Child Psychiatry Consultancy Ltd subscribes to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS). If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint after our internal process, you have the right to refer your complaint to ISCAS for independent adjudication at no cost to you.
